I did not know i was signing up for a suscription. I have many allergies and would not commit to purchasing a cream that could put me in hospital. When i spoke with representative Sarah, i was told i would not get any refund and that my sample was actally a 30 day supply that i was subsequently charged $200 for. I had contacted my credit card company as soon as i saw the charges. They told me to file a dispute. After waiting a number of days but not receiving a reply, i phoned my credit card company. They then connected me with the company by phone. I tried to explain that i was mislead by the advertising and why i would not knowingly make such a commitment. The customer service representative said that it too bad i hadnt paid attention and that there would be zero refund. No invoice or receipt was given in regards to the new charges. Only receipt received was for the initial sample purchased.
