I went to Petronas Labuk Road- Mile 8, Sandakan to refuel petrol for my car on the 30/01/2019 at around 5.20pm. I used my debit card unfortunately my card has been declined so I went the counter to get help. So this guy asked me what is the code of declined and told me to try it again. SO I went back to the pump. And again, it was declined with code (51) which is – based on my understanding; insufficient funds or credit limit has exceeded, which I know my card has no problem as follows. I always refuel at this station and my card has always been declined. BUT I also go to other petrol station, use the same card and has no problem with that!
Then I just proceed the payment at the counter and wanted to refuel RM25 and I was told that the minimum charge is RM30. I was like what? Last week I just refueled my car at the same petrol station, used the same card for RM15 only and now he said I can’t because they have that minimum charge? FYI I have more than RM300 in the card because I know there will be a deduction. The guy also has the worst customer service he was really got me mad. Too bad he didn’t wear any name tag so I don’t know his name.
