Invicta/Coalition Sniper 0677

Hi:
Just wondered thee whereabouts of service parts ordered for my Sniper Coalition watch, back in October 2012. The gentleman who ordered thee parts for me did not asked me for an email or anytheing! He just said they were free and would take 90 days to get them! It was the screw and nut for the bracelet.
He said it was hard to determine where this part was coming from! Could be Europe or Asia!
Wow! I have a brand new watch siting in my drawer, just because the factory fail on quality control and sold this item with loose parts.
How can you sell watches without the capacity of being able to replace parts without sending them to repair!
I can’t even imagine, if this transaction ever took place. I own more than 3 Invicta watches, and over 100 watches. Very frustrating to say the least!

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you but we always do our best to fulfill order before that time frame. In which your order we did but we send regular mail.

Do you have any idea how frustrating and infuriating is to wait for something, you do not know,
from where it is shipped or how long it will take for me to receive! It has been 5 monthes since the order was placed.No answer, no tracking no results, my gift watch is in a drawer for 1 damn screw and bolt! This is so ridiculous and unfriendly on your company behalf! If you can’t deliver you should not sell! What kind of repair shop or parts department your company run? Why can’t you guys sent me what I need in a timely manner. I need to talk to a manager or take my watch back! I need an answer very soon!

I understand your inconvenience and I appreciate your patience but any order can take up to 90 days. Estimated date is April 8the 2013 or before.

What happens after your estimated date if it does not arrive again! It has been 7 months then! Why there are no parts in Florida? Isn’t this where your company operates? This is very aggravating, Samantha! Can you guarantee this?

I understand but i cannot guarantee we are the headquarters only not the actual factory which is located overseas we have to wait for them to ship us the part.
