I had received product whose package was already open & product was already used. Since I can not raise querry via wish app, I wrote multiple mail to solve my issue. But I did not received any response & even my query is not yet resoved.
Whenevr I try to raise querry via wish app. It say “try next time” & this happened for almost 1 month from date of delivery.& now after 1 month it says “the refund request time for this item is already expired”
This is very bad busines ethics
