Can someone call me [protected], I sent a complaint and it was wrong but I imputed the wrong number
I had a severe issue with one of your reps. I will try and make it brief. I have spent $100.00’s of dollars on your products buying for 2 homes and gifts for my kids. the last one my brother bought the latest huge pan the one with top and bottom can be used in the oven or on top of each other can’t think of the name right now. my brother bought it for a Christmas gift for me and also took advantage of the air fryer but he upgraded the air fryer. I used it for the first time on new years but after the first batch off fish, it stopped working. I waited a week and tried again but nothing. I called your customer service and this Diane lady treated me like I was dirt. informed me it there was a 60 day warranty and that nothing she could do. rude as heck to me. I called again and someone did help me but said they can do me a one time favor but I had to pay to ship it back now I did but it cost me more than the machine was worth and with ALL the money I spend on copper chef I could not believe someone didn’t help me. please call
