I (Angie Ng) do not received the product order #4127 from shopmybest under track UE704188359YP which shown already delivered but to wrong consignee named FAIZAN.
Poslaju cannot trace UE704188359YP for consignee address, it is not in their system and they do not have the consignee address in the records.
In order to trace the consignee address written on the parcel,
Poslaju & I need to see the address written on UE704188359YP parcel.
Appreciate you can help to provide a copy of UE704188359YP to trace the address delivered to recover the product. Otherwise I will claim from supplier for goods not received and request for refund or replacement.
