I would like to share my frustration and unbelievably poor service experienced from this company. I am a service provider that relies on parts supplied by name brands like Defy to keep my business and clients happy. I am now fedup with Defy’s poor service and the fact that you can NEVER get through on their contact numbers. They always have the excuse (if you are lucky enough to get through) that the lines are busy. Then they advise that someone will call you back. THEY NEVER DO!!! This is absolutely pathetic!! They have been bought over by a Turkish company a few years back pushing money down the drain because service levels are now even worse than before when they were situated in Pretoria West.
They have no working system when it comes to telephones nor when you order parts they never arrive. I have ordered parts from Defy 2 months ago and eventually bought the parts at local suppliers as Defy did not have stock or even now. No one has even called to say my order has arrived.
I am at this point spreading the word to all my clients how poor the quality on their appliances are and also the non existent service level that they offer to clients and repair agents. Absolutely pathetic.
I am not even sure if anyone will ever read or reply on this complaint to try and resolve this matter.
