Beware! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this moving company. I booked two weeks in advance three man for four hours. I also pre-paid for the services, which was an extreme error in judgment on my part. The date of the move I had not heard from Carlos the owner so I called several times emailed and text him to confirm the appointment. Finally after several hours I received a text from Carlos stating that they would be at my home at the agreed time. 30 minutes After the agreed-upon time I received a text from Carlos stating that they overbooked and was wanting to know if I would be flexible, and they would be on their way at some point during the day. I responded asking what time they would arrive. That’s when my nightmare truly begin. They never showed. and Carlos stopped communicating all together. I will now begin the process of contacting PayPal for a refund, filing a complaint with the better business bureau, taking legal action against Carlos and Well Done Moving.
