I won’t go into detail about the “screw up” on their part regarding the pricing before we scheduled anything because ultimately it doesn’t matter since they didn’t get paid; but here’s the reason for the 1 star (if I could give no stars, I would). We called them (in advance) to have them pick up 2 storage pods from Uhaul and take them to our storage facility, load up our items and take the pods back to Uhaul.
The day of, Kenneth called saying that their current job was running behind schedule and that they’d be late for my pick-up. We waited….. Called them back (yes, we had to call them) and Kenneth said they be picking up our pods in an hour and that they would call once they had them so we could meet at the storage facility. So, once again, we waited. And waited. AND WAITED. Never got that call. And needless to say, 24 hours later, still haven’t heard a word from them and my stuff is being moved by another company.
I cannot express my irritation with this process. When you advertise yourself as “Prompt and Courteous”, that’s exactly what your customers should get. This completely derailed my trip and caused me to have to extend my stay in the DMV.
