Where do I begin with this insurance group. I really am so mad that I have to pause to even begin to put my feelings into words to write this review. We used this insurance company for every aspect of our business insurance needs and was satisfied with their services. Slowly but surely their customer service started to drop off about a. Things like returned emails would take several days to get replied.
Certificates of Insurances, which is something essential for us for our clients would take about 24 hours to process soon turned into days. It was not until a huge mistake with our workers compensation was made when we realized the utter incompetence, unprofessionalism, and inability to care about their customers was realized. We got the complete run around and went for the better part of 2015 without workers compensation.
After several attempts to try and get help from the McCullough office my wife and I made a visit. Our jaws literally dropped when we saw the physical condition of the office. The desks where literally collapsing under the wait of all the paper work scattered through the offices. It looked like a paper bomb went off in the place. My wife and looked at each with complete fear that our hands where with such a disorganized office.
To make a long story short we ended up paying over $10,000.00 in additional premium for the workers compensation and had over $18,000.00 held from some of our customers. The only small positive I can say is that the owner seemed like he tried to help but seemed really disconnect with the daily operation of the business. There are many other insurance groups out there and be really careful if you used this companies service.
