We stayed for two nights in this hotel for a wedding. Upon check in I requested to upgrade to a one bedroom suite as I have an 18 month old daughter that I wanted to be able to put down earlier. I was informed by the staff that they cannot do that because the “Homewood” suites were a different company.
This is an interesting comment as the last I checked both are owned by the Hilton. I believe that staff did not know how to do this and did not try to accommodate me. I found the front desk staff to be cold overall and not very helpful. Because of the poor customer service I would most likely not stay here again.
