Just like many others, I was charged $120 up front instead of a standard copay. Two and a half months later I am still trying to get a refund since Cigna paid the bill in full. I called 9am Wednesday morning to follow up and I was told that the person in charge of billing won’t be in until Friday.
While the care that I received was fairly quick and sufficient, trying to get a refund has been a nightmare and waste of time. I am currently working with my HSA to dispute the charge since Xpress Care has not refunded the over payment. This place should be your last resort, unless you have money and time to burn.
