First of all, you’re not getting a doctor; you’re getting a physician’s assistant who is in communication with a doctor. I have no complaints about the service itself. But I really have a problem with charging me $150 to travel 20 miles, charging me $50 to describe on the phone what I needed and charging me $600 for a less-than-one hour visit.
It took a month to get a receipt from them and it’s a receipt I could create on my PC so it’s worthless for filing an insurance claim.
If you’re in a situation where you are too sick to go to an acute care facility, then they do provide a good service, but it definitely comes at a cost!
