Apple is going to try to take care of the headphones, the right side did not work! Not only did your company send me broken headphones, you sent me headphones that the serial numbers do not match. When I purchased them online, it said OPEN BOX only. Not that they may not be working or the entirely WRONG headphones! No worries, I WILL NOT BE USING your business again and will definitely report this to the BBB and any other business review site I can find. I usually don’t test electronics out before I WRAP THEM FOR CHRISTMAS presents, so the reason they were not returned before your unrealistic STUPID 30 day return policy. Thank God for good, legitimate businesses like APPLE. Your slogan should be “Don’t BLINQ, or we will switch out or mail a broken electronic to you!” You’re business is shady and very untrustworthy.
Copied from the email I sent them. I bought my daughter Beats for Christmas, and when she opened them up on Christmas Day the right side did not work. BLINQ wouldn’t except a return because out of the 30 day window, so I called APPLE. They were wonderful and let me send them to APPLE to repair. But they immediately sent them back because the serial number I gave them(from Box) didn’t match the serial number number on the Beats themselves. So imagine my anger! So hence the email above. Don’t buy ANYTHING from that website.
