Hi, I want accidentally placed an order last 9th of November 2018 because I was confused ordering online and I’ve been a charge already on my bank account. I’ve sent an email and sent a message through my NZsale account to cancel my the order at the same time I’ve made the order and got a response today 10th of November at 12:15 am and said that they can’t help me because my order is in the final stage but when I’ve checked the status of my order wasn’t even pack yet. I told them not to send the product as I don’t have time to return it back that’s why I’ve tried to contact you asap to avoid inconvenience. All I want is to refund my money to my bank account and not send the items the reason I’m doing online shopping to avoid inconvenience not to stress me about my simple request. Looking forward for your soonest response. Thank you.
