In November I ordered a $100 gift card to give to one of my daughters for Christmas. When placing the order on-line, it said that there would be $10 coupon for every $50 spent so technically I should have have received two $10 coupons.
I did not receive any coupons either in the mail or e-mailed to me.
At the beginning of January I called C&B Customer service as well as sending a message on-line asking why I had not received coupons.
I was told they e-mailed this and it was probably in “spam” which it was not. I have continued checking and nothing.
I have now called on the phone 3 times and am continually told this is in the process. First person I spoke with said I should get an e-mail with coupons within 2-3 business days. Each time I call they are still investigating.
To some this may not be a big deal but to me it is. It is the principal of the thing.l Customer Service stinks and no one I have spoken to is at all helpful.
My daughters and I have been big C&B customers for several years but that is about to end.
