Very unprofessional service. I bought a ticket for a weekend event and was told at the last minute by Troy that because of “rescheduling” attempts by other ticket holders, they had to cancel the event. They suggested I transfer my ticket to a different date, which I did. On the day of the new event, they email me saying they had to cancel for the same bogus reason.
Most likely not enough people sign up for these things. They will not refund you because it’s against the terms you agree to when you buy a ticket. But it doesn’t seem like they can actually put an event on, as I tried for both a weekend and weekday and both were cancelled. So they charge you knowing they have a track record of needing to cancel events, and refuse to refund you when that happens multiple times.
Looks like I’ll have to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.
