Melaleuca

The old scams never seem to die. They keep on surfacing with new scam artists trying luck with different name, different products. Melaleuca is another name for Multi Level Marketing (MLM). We all know how it works and what our role is. I was contacted by Bryan. He introduced himself as an influential figure in company. He told me he was working with company for the last four years. I was aware of everything about MLM and Melaleuca. I joined them. I, Frank, regretted the decision later on.
The customer service team was the biggest slip. The customer service helpline 1800-522-3172 is of no use. These guys don’t have a clue what customer service means. I experienced a terrible loss. It was an act of backstabbing. My complaint is I sent products back two weeks ago. It was 18th November. I was expecting money to be put into account. I called customer service and they completely rejected the request. They denied receiving them. It was a shock.
The sky went black. I’d no idea what to do next. I was told I need to wait for another 10 to 15 days to get money back. What kind of cheating it is? The lowest point was charging my card without permission. Second, they sent me a product I never ordered. Things were getting worse.
Finally, I got money back. It was the torture they caused for a period of two to three weeks that made me grew angry. I’ve warned everyone from friends, neighbors to colleagues to stay away from Melaleuca.
The biggest issue these guys have is they call themselves different from MLM. They denied selling products. I don’t get it. Anyone who has ever joined a Multi Level Marketing program and Melaleuca can tell that these two share the same working model.
After spending two weeks with them, it also became somewhat clear these products were not safe in nature. I’ve watched the CEO talking about his company, working philosophy, products etc. My question is why the support desk sucks and acts like criminals. I think these guys would be better served by accepting the business model. This is where they seem to lose a huge market chunk.
I experienced a different kind of loss. It wasn’t much about money. The cheap tricks and low quality products are of no use. They sell their membership or program making tall claims. The disgusting bit is they never inform customers about the nature of work and efforts required to make money. This is where the intent becomes quite clear.
The customer service team is the worst enemy. I’ve shared my opinions on several online sites. It would be somewhat wrong, naïve to call it scam. They’re not as bad or cunning as scam artists. They’ve a different kind of business philosophy. I warn people to be prepared to experience shitty customer service and low quality products. I learnt the lesson in a harsh manner and I expect you guys to learn something from it.
