Specialty Auto is HORRIBLE. They gave me an estimate, didn’t fix part of my car included in the estimate and then killed my battery and my gas. Their shop manager, JR is rude and unhelpful. The convenience of their stop in the Ballston area was the only thing remotely positive about this experience. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.
When I spoke to JR about my battery being dead (and perfectly fine when I dropped it off), he said that my old car was old and it was time for a new battery. It just must’ve died. Seriously?!? Overall, horrible experience, customer service and work….they will be getting a bill for my new battery.
