I dropped off my small boat at action marine because is was stalling out. They told me that I needed a fuel pump. They said it would be 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later and they said the part had not come in yet. It ended up taking 2.5 months before they said that my boat was fixed. I went to pick up my boat and they said they had tested it this morning and it ran great. They tried charging me an extra $200 for transport fee. Apparently, they needed to drop the boat off at another location where they fixed them. I could have dropped it off there. I refused to pay this fee so they took it off my bill.I then tried to drive my boat back to my dock and it stalled out immediately. It was like they had not fixed anything. I took it back and of course they started saying “It must be the carborator and we will have to fix it again” I could tell that they thought I was some dumb ocean city tourist and they could totally screw me. I guess they did since I was out $500 and my boat did not run any better. What they did was just wrong
