I am reporting this company for my customer. They are senior citizens, Assured Warranty contacted them on the phone. They used the scare tactics about their current warranty was running out and they needed to extend it. They agreed to sign up for $2450. They immediatly changed their minds. They recieved two phone calls and told the representative they wanted to cancel. They came to me, their banker, and we called and I spoke to a Mr. Nelson. He assured me they would receive their refund that same day. When it did not come I called and Mr. Nelson said it was a two day process. I wanted a confirmation faxed to me, of course he could not do that. Please beware of extended warranty companies. My customers asked if I think they will get a refund and I said 50/50. The website they gave me is under construction. Every time I call it is a differnet company name. Michel Hutchinson, KansasU.S.A.
